We are Hannah and Jonathan Moore, a dedicated brother-sister duo. With a love for Dance and Muay Thai, we have embarked on a mission to merge the strength of Muay Thai with the flow of Dance and the power of fitness. Situated under the iconic arches in Deptford, London, we have breathed life into our dream and opened the shutters to MGM Gym in honour of our father Milton George Moore, continuing his legacy.

MGM Muay Thai

Muay Thai is known as the art of eight limbs, which uses Punches, Elbows, Knees, and Kicks to attack and defend. It is over 400 years old and originates from Thailand.

Muay Thai is a great way to relieve stress, get a full body workout, and learn self defence. During a Muay Thai workout you can burn over 900 calories which will leave you feeling more energised, confident and ready to be the best version of yourself in life, while building healthy relationships with people and becoming part of a loving and united community.

The energy that is forged within Muay Thai has been used to empower people’s mental and physical wellbeing.

Our dance program is designed for kids, young people and adults to discover the joy of movement while sculpting your body and improving your technique and fitness.
